🚚 𝐑𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐰𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐟 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐬 𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 – 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐀𝐊𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐊𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐧 12𝐀 🚚

The registration period for charitable trusts and institutions has been increased from 5 years to 10 years, reducing compliance burdens for smaller entities.


🔹 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐔𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞:

✔ Trusts with receipts not exceeding ₹5 crores in each of the two previous years can now apply for renewal after 10 years instead of 5.
