MSME Form -1 Due date (Half-yearly)

As a half yearly return, Form MSME-1 must be submitted by April 30th for the October to March period.

Companies whose payments to micro and small enterprise suppliers exceed 45 forty five days from the date of acceptance shall submit a half yearly return.
